What Number plates?
|
Tue, 08 October 2002 12:27
|
|
I want to get some plates done, but i only want the cheapy ones, ie; three letters and three numbers.
I also want it to sound cool/trippy and have something to do with my motor, turbo or the car. Any ideas? Cause all of mine aren't available at PPQ.com.au
Car is 1977 RA28 Celica, motor is 18RGU EFI 2.2litre(bored) with T04 intercooled turbo.
Thanks
Ben
PS- Open to suggestions.... But please no stupid ones

I thought of those, but then I re-read his post and saw that he's asking for the 3 letter 3 number combo....

3 letter 3 number combo is the same as the 3 letter 2 number 1 letter combo
ie: AAA-888 same as AAA-88A
money wise anyway
both are a one off payment of $174 in NSW i think

thanks guys!
I've checked most combos on PPQ.com.au
but they're not available!
U need 3 letters then 3 numbers or 3 numbers then 3 letters in Qld!
Which kinda sux!
Thanks for picking that up Nark, i thought some people wouldn't pick it up
I was thinking about stuff like TRB028, or TRB077 etc, or something along those lines, but their taken! IT SUX!
Please give me more ideas! Really appreciate the effort
Thanks
Ben

THE WITZL= WTF???
Why the hell does forced=Rice???
Could have fooled me, but i thought it just meant u had some form of forced induction, whether it be turbo or supercharged.
Nway, i think i'm gunna get it, unless someone has a better plate i can use, or a good reason of why not to.....
Its not rice its trippy!!!
Thanks
Ben
PS- i was gunna get SXY-28, but most everyday people would get confused over the 28 bit. U'd really have to be into cars to know what it means, so i think i might leave that for someone else to get
PPS- the plate means... OHH, FORCED

12-NVS (I too Envious)
12-FST ( I too Fast)
NVU-555 (Envious)
* 51-LKR (celica)
NOTE: *= really like.

51-LKR
5=C
1=E
L=L
K=K
R=AR
So it really says CELKAR, but if u say it fast enough it sounds like celica

Number 3 stands for E, but if your talking about contestant 3, then that means=
TRU-BL
TROUBLE
Yeah i think 04RCD is the primary option, although 51LKR is pretty cool. It stands for celica.
Thanks

mmm copying thetoyman75's idea for a plate would be cool
What about CMY-28???
Which one out of :
04-RCD
Or
CMY-28
I might use 4-RCD as a club name. so whether i get 4rcd or not doesn't really matter.
But i want whats cool.
Thanks

dude... screw the general public... if they dont know what an RA28 is then they dont care enough...
i like SXY-28 myself... the people who would raelly look at your car would appreciate it. something like 04-RCD is a bit "overdone" in my books... all these numberplates that are cryptic just annoy me rather then excite me.
how about ORA-280???
