SOLD cressi Sat, 11 September 2004 02:47 Go to next message
Hey guys, bought a mx83 cressida with a blown headgasket to do the 1j conversion but the place where im keeping it wants it out by the end of the month.

I know im gonna regret selling it but i cant be bothered racing around to get it finished before then.

It has no rust at all and the interior is perfect.

The tyres are awesome too.

the car has around 270,000ks i think and is ready for a 1j.

i want around 2500 which i think is reasonable cause u could put head back on and drive it or put 1j in it and drive it and it would be cheap either way.

location wollongong nsw
phone number 0414768390

ok guys $2000. but i cant go any lower.

this is a fair steal cause it saves you 3-4 grand on the 1j conversion!

the car is ready to drive around apart from the engine. The engine is complete but in parts in the boot!

someone must want one?

This would be a great project.

1jz + cresi, with minor mods = 11 sec 1/4 mile. Surprised

man if this car was less then 1 gran ill get it...

2k its just too much for my tightassness Sad

reasons:

1.cause its been outa rego for about 3months

2.engines in peices in the car - i personally think that if i didnt take apart the car u wouldnt know how to put it back, plus if peices go missing u can only blame urself too Sad

3.i dont really like the colour... but i am looking for a cheap cressida.

welp thats my 2 cents, sorri i have to be too much of a hassle just im picky

u wouldnt bother putting engine back together. $800 for a reco 7m...

well i cant see a better option for a 1j conversion cause u wont find a cressi in good nick ready for conversion for less than $2g very often...

being out of rego for 3 months doesnt matter cause it is totally ready to be registered.

Does it still have the LPG gear in it?
Would you sell that seperately?

What happens to it if it isn't sold by the weekend? Smile

I may have a buyer for the lights and bumpers but that is all.

Pity its the old school MX83 and blue or I may have bought it for parts for my car.
