Need help/info on losing license!!

hey all. well basically ive got 2 demerit points left on my license (green p's NSW), and i got done for no P plates, so that means 1 point for each p plate not displayed=lose the last 2 points and i lose my license. thats not the part thats the problem, its how long i lose it for. now does anyone know that if i pay the fine (ive already received the first penalty reminder notice lol) will i lose my license for only 1 month, or is it 3 months? surely someone has been in the same situation? i thought that because it wasnt a speeding fine or something serious that if i pay the fine i just lose it for the month, but if it was speeding ot whatever then it would be 3 months, depending on the seriousness of that fine.
so yeh can anyone tell me if its just 1 month or not? and i would ring the RTA but talking to those fuckwits is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't you still have your license, from what i've been told by friends not that reliable you only lose your licence once you go below zero demerit points, thus you would still be on zero.
I haven't lost any points so don't know but thats just what I have been told prove me wrong if I am.

far out thats wicked you just lose a demerit point for each P plate missing....we lost our license for 3 months straight up for no P plates, and if you have one up its a $75 fine.

yeh once you hit zero point its bye bye license, you can only drive if you have license points, but not on zero points.
i doubt it would be anymore than 3 months, ive had mates doing pretty heavy speeds who have only lost their license for 3-6 months, but yeh i just had it in my mind it was only 1 months loss for something minor like this. so yeh anyone else actually had this no-p plate experience lol?!?!

did you actually lose your license though?? or did you have enough points to keep afloat?!

You can check how many demerit points you have online.
https://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/clenq/index.jsp
You can also see when you will get some of your points back and when your last offence was.

Im pretty sure its 3 months...ive just finished a long three year ban  and the amount of hassles im going through to get it back is fukking unbelievable...PLEASE towl head terrorists if you are guna bomb any government building start with any RTA...

apply for a special liscense to drive to a fro from work.
and i think its only 1 month for such a crappy issue like p plates.
