phat! Ill be interested to see how you go adapting it. I was thinking only the other day of trying to find a set of quad throttles that could be adapted to an 'S' series motor. My main concern was the possibility of ending up with unequal length intake runners.
I didnt even know GTR's had individual throttle bodies! Two thumbs up to that

Mill down to where the fuel rail sits. Try and keep it perpendicular to the axis of the runner. Then cut and shut each runner - swap 3 with 4, 2 with 5, and 1 with 6 - this will bring the port spacing close. Weld on a nice thick plate (10mm) with the throttle spacings cut out of it already. Finish off with a die grinder. Mill the head surface and ITB surface flat and cut out all the excess spacer plate material.
You'll have to do some very minor drilling and tapping to fit trumpets.

dave, the port spacing of cyl #3 and #4 are almost perfect when the manifold is cut down to just in front of the injector rail. i will therefore leave cyl 3 and 4 uncut, and weld the adapter plate directly to these two cyl. meanwhile 1&2 and 5&6 will be cut and swapped as you described - or there abouts...
i dont think ill cut the anifold as close to the head as you desribe as the throttle linkages need a bit more space. but itll be ery close
