You could try to drill it out, just be careful not to fuck the thread... Other wise, drill it out, go buy a threading tool and re-thread the hole.

Depends on the type of material you've screwed the bolt into. In hard substances like cast iron you can blow them out with an oxy set then recut the threads, in soft substances like alloy, you'll need to drill them out and recut the thread. You could also try an easy out, though for the un initiated, they can be difficult to setup and use.

Depending on how stuck it is and what size you could try an easy out, although ive had limited success with them. Other than that drill it out and retap it or drill it out and use a helicoil.
