Dude,

Just buy a new petrol cap from Toyota. They even come with a key dude. Otherwise yeah you can do the motorbike filler cap. I have one in mine and love it but its allot of work.

Hey Rod,

I cant get a filler cap from toyota, they dont make any parts for the 22's anymore.. well rarely any! I was wanting something to replace my current lock cap as it leaks. the Corrolla filler caps fit, but not as snug! If you could post a pic, it would be awsome!

Cheers

Najje,

Mate I bought one new about 2 years back ?t was the later style not the first series design. It is the same as the KE3x series corollas.

If you get stuck I'll try find the part number for you Smile TA22 parts are hard to get but alot depends on your local Toyota Parts guy actually wanting to help you out.

I personally speak to James at Castle HIll Toyota. I know he is in NSW but small items are cheap enought to post.
