 Help Please - RA65 Key Code ?

Hi all.
I have found an accident damaged RA65 for the right price (many thanks to that Toymods member!). However, the keys for the thing seem to have been lost. Does anyone know for sure if the key code is stamped on any of the lock barrels in the car ? That way, I can pull out that lock barrel and get a new blank key cut to that code.
Any help greatly appreciated.

It should be on the locking linkage.
I was told it was there on almost anycar.
The flat plate that is on the back of the lock barrel if i remember correctly.

the key barrels can be re-pinned for any combination you want. any decent locksmith should be able to do it.
failing that, replacement locks are pretty cheap (ign might be tho)
ask about rekeying, rather than keeping the same key code.

It will be on the passengers door lock, not the drivers.
But thats from the American's.
So maybe its always on the righthand side?
Check them both.

Yeah if u take the door panel off and with the window up take off the plate with the linkages on it off the back of the lock barrel it should be there.
I've only done it once but i was told that what locksmiths look for.
I MIGHT be in the manual if 1 came with the car.
