I herd the lexus es300 was based on a camry, and was wondering if the interior eg, dash, steats ect are interchangable?

Yes and mostly. There are a few unique interior parts to the ES300 to give that luxury feel. While its probably a safe bet that the seats will swap, the dash moulding could be different enough to not be so swap-able.
