Brake Upgrade

Hey Guys,
Ive been pricing up brake calipers from the 130 series 4Runner for a brake upgrade on my corona. I've been told that the LN106 hilux with leaf spring front uses the same calipers. Does anyone know whether this is true?? The hilux calipers have been the cheapest quote yet so im hoping theyre the same.
Cheers

Phil,
I have fitted LN106 calipers to RT132 struts with Pug rotors, into my RA23 Celica. Google yourself to the DBA website and look at the Toyota info there. I understand that LN130 4Runner rotors are different (thickness & diameter) to LN106 rotors, so I would guess that the calipers are different also, but I could be wrong.
To my knowledge no one has used 4Runner calipers, finding the LN106 cheaper and a perfect fit.
Good luck with it.
Mitch.

Thanks guys.
Takai- yes i did a search but came up with no results with 4runner and hilux in the same thread.
Ra23- Yeah i saw that there is a 5mm rotor difference between the two. I am going to be running a 24mm magna rotor. When i called a 4x4 wreckers, i was told the calipers were the same. Looks like they're not.
(gianttomato has done the same conversion with the 4runner calipers as far as i know)
Thanks for all your help.
Regards
-Phil
