Hi i am buying a celica ta22 with a borgwaner diff in it which has been cut down with different brakes on it.

I am looking for somewere were they could engeeneer it and blue plate it.

I got onto one person called alan malbury and he said he would have to perform a brake test which would cost $350 and and then the total would come to $650.

Is this reasonable.

Engineering costs, sufficient enough to get the vehicle licenced, do tend to run in the region of $500 to $700 these days.
