Hi guys!

Thanks for the compliments on the car and on me Razz
Background info on me > Not asian, blonde hair and blue eyed and totally obsessed with cars (especially the 86) drifting and Hello Kitty.

This is my second Sprinter.

Ae86 drift: I did have a red hachi (4AGE) which was a at the first cruise. I sold it a few weeks ago (But not before i exploited having TWO hachis for a few weeks...that was fun!) Unfortunately i just heard the guy who bought my old one has crashed it already Sad )

The new 86 was a complete impulse buy on my behalf cause it was straight and neat as. Great project car... most girls buy shoes on impulse....i buy cars Very Happy

By february the car will be finished, i will have GZE goodness and hopefully an LSD Smile Very Happy After that im hoping to be able to get out onto the track, run amuck and also get along to as many cruises as possible.

Quote:

OMG, did you get to do that free whiteline package?

Yeah i got the free whiteline package, my hachi goes to Sydney next friday to be fitted out. On the way home ill be picking up my wing finally and ill put it on ASAP!

Satoshi! Your picture was an absolute crack up! Made me laugh soooo hard! Ive printed it out and stuck it on my wall Very Happy
Thankyou!!!! i needed a good laugh.

Ok...so here are some more pics of my girl:

http://img76.exs.cx/img76/7540/interior4.jpg

http://img76.exs.cx/img76/1924/STB_4981.jpg

Ill post more pics as the conversion proceeds...

Cyber punk - Your right, the seat is plenty forward...Im pretty small, and you have to be able to maintain good contact with the wheel right???
There will be plenty of tweaking of the GZE, Initially i want to get used to the feel of the new engine and power etc etc...but something tells me ill be wanting improvements fairly soon after Very Happy

There is one small fine crack in the dash near the clock, other then that is crack free.

Quote:

Sway why dont u get a pic of u next to the car?

The reason is cos i want to be taken seriously, and not as a chick that has a car so people look at her, notthe car!

I want people to look at my car, not me Cool

The basic reasoning is leverage, try holding a brick in your hand with your arm outstretched, then pull it close to you body and tell me which is easier!

Just a quick u/date on the suspension:
At the moment my regular springs (Lowered king springs all round) are in the hachi again as whiteline needed to make some changes to their current spring design. My car will go back down in a few weeks and get new springs so it will be dropped on its guts bigtime...and i cant wait Very Happy

"Yeah that's what I'm talkin' about..." that prick shits me up the wall too. Such an insult to Jimmy Barnes and to the Australian rock ethic. I wrote a nice fat letter to hte presenters of Australian Idol last week saying how much of a waste of time and money the show is, not to mention the moronic presenters giving new definition to "idiot cards" Rolling Eyes

Des, naturally my hair is a bit lighter but yeah...thats as close as it has been in a good many years, and it is staying that way! Black was fun but pretty drastic on someone with my colouring! Cost me close to $200 dollars to get my hair stripped back and i was at the hairdressers for close to 4 hours! It was hell!
