Hey there
My dad has the same motor in his AE86. And although we live in Perth, he just sourced some carbie bits through a guy called Shawn Moloney, he runs Toyota Twin Cam Performance and is apparently some oldskool 4AGE/18RG guru.
I don't really know the logistics of Melbourne, but he is in Richmond. 65 Butler Street. his number is (03) 9428 5277
I hope this helps
