What i want to know is, is there any Toyota and Nissan owners out there..

I am out here and own a Toyota, I have also been in a few Nissans.....

We might need more info on what you have already done to your Neesan in order to help. Strut braces are more beneficial on vehicles that have upgraded suspension components. Not to say that a strut brace won't offer a minor improvement any way on standard suspension if you like to corner hard etc.

There is an N13 getting around Canberra that looks stock on the outside but the guy has turboed the standard engine using mostly factory SR20DET bolt-on turbo gear. The thing goes pretty damn quick from what I have seen. i don't know any other details about it though.

I thought there was an Aussie Pulsar website, I would be very surprised if there wasn't one.

Put a CA18DET in it. Relatively straight forward conversion. As said before go to pulsar.org They will answer all your questions.

the only mod i would do to an N13 is put a for sale sign in the window.

not having a go here, but i would look at getting a car with more potential.

Unrelated to modifications... In Norway elves are called Nisse or Nissen. Got a song at home in which the chorus goes;

'Yeah it's hard to be a Nissen man' Cracks me up every time Laughing
