Does anyone have ANYTHING to make a 4K motor go better!!!?

It's only my daily driver, so i don't want to spend heaps, but then i don't expect a high gain in power either!!

What i'm after is extractors, a sports exhaust to suit KE30, Ported head- anything!!!

Also, if anyone has lowered springs- etc to make the KE30 handle better, then please let me know!!!
