Initial thoughts = idiot driving way too fast in suburban area.

He claims his throttle got stuck and it happened so fast he didnt think to do anything to stop it..

Looking at the pics> there are no brake marks before he hit the curb, and the soft lines on the grass also indicate STILL NO BRAKING!

It appears he's telling the truth.. either that or he is so incompetent, not only did he loose it going too fast but also didnt brake at all.

my explanation would be the gas stuck... and yes it stuck, I'm not kidding and it happened so fast I didn't think of like the 15 ways to stop a car when that happens so don't flmae me... I was freakin out when I realized there was no way i could possibly stop at all... and I had a choice to either try and make the turn and end up flipping when the car slid sideways into the curb or hit the **** head on... I tried to steer towards the fence but i missed and still hit the house. I'm not sure what speed I was going. but it was at the top of my third gear cuz it was almost to redline.

i'd like to say if u had time to thnk about how ur gonna turn the wheel and go for the fence cant u just clutch + brake?

15 ways to stop a car by me:
1.step on the brakes...
2 to 15. hit something or step on the brakes

welp the crash is over but if it was me i would have least locked the brakes and then release and brake again ive avoided many accidents this way one was at national park when i misjudged a corner seens to be a reflex for me like manual abs
as in brake hard then if it lock up release
