No.

IIRC 18RC run two different length head bolts depending what side of the head the bolts are from. The 18RG head bolts are longer still than the longer of the two 18RC head bolts.

I can double check this tomorrow. But the two are definetly different.

The 18RG is on the left, the two 18RCs are on the right.

The 18RG has a 'loose' washer where as the 18RC washers are part of the bolts.
