TPS, but wrong connection? HELP! Mon, 15 November 2004 10:41
Hi,
I have just purchased a 4AG TPS from interstate.
Its a bigport 4AG TPS as i have a Bigport 4ag (out of a JDM Levin).

Well anyway...the connection on the 4AG TPS i recieved doesnt fit the connection on my 4AG bigport loom!
The loom connection has the 4 pin inserts and the TPS has the 4 pins, but the actual connection (plug? clip? watever its called) doesnt go toghther.

WHY IS THIS?!?!

i have broken pieces of the outter part of the loom clip to try make the 2 fit.... it has worked, but i wanna know if it will actually "WORK", when i go to put in the engine and run it?
or MUST i get the 4AG TPS with the right connecting clip?

Thanks for your time! Please give advice or help OR (free TPS!) Rolling Eyes
