Interested. Would $350 take your fancy? (not proper offer but just shooting first)

also wondering if it would more likely suit RWD or FWD

it was built for a rwd car but there shouldn't be any clearance issues with fwd. I was planning on using it with a fwd motor in an mr2..

need it for RWD.

can you take a pic of it from the outlet side as mentioned?

would the flange suit a T25G or T28 you think?

regarding price, ballpark?

Gday Midnight. Just some quick advice on your manifold. You really should weld up the centre collector, as I noticed the pipes dont quite meet together. If this is not welded up, when running on the engine it will cause a "hot spot" and will slowly burn away.
Just thought that I would let you know, otheriwse its a pretty good manifold Smile

it may be welded in the outside however it clearly looks not welded at the collector, nos 4age is right.
Also is the manifold stainless steel looks like steam pipe to me, with mild steel flanges?

yeah thats actually a raised bead, rather than a gap. it will not effect it. It can be die grinded off and you will not loose pipe thickness...

from what i can see, that will cause a "dead spot" of airflow, which in turn will cause the hot spot. If you are handy with a digrinder, you can sharpen the edge out so that the airflow can't wind in on itself in that flatspot.

Have had to digrind a few at work for some customers Smile
Takes about 10 - 15 minutes depending on how well you can digrind something Smile

Good luck with the sale buddy

guys this turbo mainfold cost over $350 to make as i was the one who made it.the welding is all tig so the hot spot is not a problem the wall is 2.7 mm thick and its all 304 stainless steel have never had a problem with on yet.
its a good buy as im now selling rwd ones for around the $650 mark.

The turbo flange is mild steel right? they wouldn't likely have bits of surface corrosion if SS? Kind of loks mig welded on the pipe in one section I can see TIG was used on the engine side flange..

Doesn't look to shabby though

I have noidea. I didnt make it, but the pipes are stainless.

That stuff on the flange isnt rust I dont think, I think it's some kind of gunk, maybe from a gasket. The flange was probably taken from another manifold, it looks laser cut.

If it was normal steel it would have completely rusted already, I live near the ocean, and that manifold has been sitting in my garage for almost a year.

Id really like to come have a look at this. I live one the beaches aswell. I was gonna get another manifold made up for my car cause my turbo is sitting down too low but this would save me a heap of money. Plus its got a T3 flange which is what I currently have on my rolla. Very interested. PM if i'm able to come have a look at this. Cash waiting. Cheers
