engine shaking when fan n lamp on ...

My 1.6 4ag cold start at 1500rpm and drop to 900rpm at working temp halfway the needle with the thermo fan off. My engine always shaking when drive at night or at hot day. The engine shaking when the thermo fan on drop to 800rpm and drop to 700rpm when turn on the car lamp. sometime it drop to 600rpm the engine just wanna die . I changed the battery and have a checking the charging of alternator by a guy then he say the charging is ok. How to i fix these problems ??
