GA70 Specs Sun, 28 November 2004 04:47 Go to next message
Hey guys, I'm new ( note the post amount) Thought i should sign up. i recently bought a GA70 Supra in Japan, and i was wondering how i can tell if it has a 1g-gte Gen 2, or a Gen 3. i don't have the car yet (delayed at docks) so i was wondering other than physically looking how i could tell what Gen it is.

Its a Oct 1989 2L 1G-GTE Aerotop Widebody GA70. was wondering if you could tell by that information.

On another point, its a Auto and i was wondering how much (roughly) it would be to change to a Manual.

would appreciate any help!

As above, it should be a Gen3 1G-GTE. Manual conversion should set you back $1000-$1500 (NZD) if you do it yourself, cheaper if you hunt around for bits n pieces and find some deals.
