Carpark DENTS!!!!!!

I've had it ... What is with people..??? Do they not know how to park???? I always park next to a wall, poll or anything solid.. and always park hard up against it....
This dopy cow parked to close to me in this old Prelude.. . She opened the door, lent to the back to get her kid out of the car. She realised that she had parked too close and couldn't get the kid out.. So instead of moving the car over.. She pushed the her car door into my car door.. wedging it.. She got the kid out and realised the stroller needed to come out.. She grabbed the portable stroller, swung around so quick that it hit my car again..
WTF!!!! is wrong with people?? They see an old car.. and say well f%$k it I don't care it's old.. I'm stick to death of people not giving a sh$t about other peole property.. The dent is on the crease of my car.. making it very difficult to get out ...
The MKII is coming out.. I've had it .. People make me sick...
They need to be smacked around.. then thrown into a bottomless pit ..

Yeah I cant believe how some people are - We went to Utopia (A dance party) a few weeks back and id just got the soarer polished and was looking mint then some wankers in a 90" Celica parked beside us while we were still in the car and proceeded to open the door into ours quite hard, not only didnt they appologise but did it again when they were getting something back out of the car - when my girlfriend gave them a glare they looked as if to say "what??". No respect at all!
Not forgetting my old car - I just had the car resprayed (Black) and within a day of it being parked at a local shopping centre, the only side that could be parked against had 3 different colours of paint down the side of the door!
Anyway - point of it all - we all understand what your saying and people should show a little more respect!

If your saw that bitch slamming her door into your car and then hitting your car with the stroller, why didn't you go to her then bend her over and proceed to plant the stroller in her ringhole? Or at least smack the bitch up side the face a little?

Have you ever noticed that the big pillars in underground car parks always have scraped paint on them ...
And as for poeple hitting my car I find they don't like it when my door slms back into their car or when I convince them that I wont be paying damages because they are well within my parking space!!

i would have asked her HOW she was going to pay for damage and followed up.
people NEED to understand the CONSEQUENCES of their actions. money helps do this. betcha a million bucks if it cost her $500 for the repair she'd think twice before doing it again!

Yeah, someone did that to my car, And now there is a big crack in the paint running down the side of the drivers door. That's why I park out in the boonies whenever I go places, no one is likely to park next to me

3 times in the last 9 months i've had careless people hit my car whilst parked and piss off without leaving details. One of them happened while I was at work and I happened to find out (allededly) who did it. There was green paint scuff on my front bar where it was hit and one of the residents has a dark green EL falcon wagon with sratches all over it. Anyway, the next day I saw the car parked nearby and inspected where the point of contact would have been and sure enough there were fresh white paint flakes. If I was 100% sure it was him, I would have slashed the cünts tyres. He had scuffs and dings on every panel and every corner of his car. People who park too close piss me off especially. That's why i sometimes wish I had a nudge bar. You know if you're in that situation, you can call the police/tow truck to move it if possible. In my opinion, People who park too close are worse than people who speed.

Craig,
I used to work with a guy who carries a Pool ball sewn into the end of a football sock but I like your method alot better !
Back in my younger days I used to carry a valve remover for when people (techers ) pissed me off ! No damage gets done that way but you still get the satisfaction of watching them change there trye from the window of the school bus ! It wa sworth the 2 weeks detention !
These days I am a tad more reserved so cannot condone damaging someone elses car but when deserved I do beleive there are less distructive and much more rewarding means of payback.

When I park my cars I park that far away that I might as well walk. A mate once told me that they are the cars that stand out and get pinched. Majority of people wouldn't even see a small dent or ripple and think that us car freaks are sick in the head. I once saw a guy put a car battery on the roof of the car next to his while he unlocked his car. When I confronted him (wasn't my car just pissed me off) he couldn't understand what I was so concerned about. I get very anxious when I park my car anywhere and I don't enjoy myself. When Someone hits my car I get so angry I want to kill them. What's worse is the people that work on cars (windscreen people etc.)are just as bad and think your a dickhead when you are constantly on their back to be careful. The thing is, yes if they have to pay they will think twice but they don't understand what you have to go through to get it back to how it was.

I once had someone remove 3 of my tyres valves. They tried to cut me off in traffic, i didn't let them, then they must have followed me to a mates place without me noticing and they came back at night and pinched my valves and left me a note saying i should be a gentleman and not an arsehole.
I reckon that is so very very cowardly, they didn't even have the balls to confront me and they weaseled back under cover of darkness. If i ever find out who that was i will personally ensure that they are physically unable to drive a vehicle again. Low life scum.

Yeah its a real problem once you have a nice car and trying to park it in public. I'm always paranoid when leaving the car in a place that someone might park next to it.
I usually try and pick a place away from other cars so no one will park beside me but i've watched and even though there is 20 spaces around my car, some twit has to go and park right up next to it.
Also pisses you off when you park the car somewhere (line up to drags at Eastern creek is one example) and you end up with 5 people wanting to stand around your car, often leaning on it to have a chat.
I was with my mate once and a very similar thing happened, a lady trying to get her kids out the car and kept knocking her door into my mates car with her arse. He honked and yelled but she kept persisting to knock the door into his car. Talk about no respect!
On another note though, what disappointed me (and i wont mention any names at all), when a fellow toymodder(not sure if member or not, but present on a cruise) managed to knock a door into my car. I kept my mouth shut as quite possibly it was an accident but still... Car enfusists should look out for each others cars!
Cheers
Joel

If I could post pics of all the dents and crap people have put on my car, it'd take up quite a bit of space
I was going to pay for a respray/dent removal but backed out of it because I do need to frequent large carparks every day or so and the money can be better spent elsewhere...
Hell, I just got 3 new dings last week...
People just don't seem to care or even know what they are doing to other people's property. Just because they don't care about their car's finish, they think other people don't either...

Yeah. My car has been hit three times now. All in parking lots, and every time, they just drove off...
The biggest one is on my front left fender... I even had about 6m of room on the left side of my car. Some people amaze me...
You can see the damage here if you want...

I hate these car park scum that dint cars in carparks!!
I bought my VL Commodore 4 years ago from a farmer that had obviously never been in city car parks as there were NO dints at all in the body. Now it looks like an ocean up the side...4 years of parking next to hippie kombi vans and 1929 model citrons etc does that at uni!! It's hopeless.
My dad sold his car last weekend and has been borrowning mine to go to work because he didn't want to take the family car cause it's only a few weeks old and his work is really dirty and dusty. I took the new Commodore to uni the other day and parked WAY away from everyone becuase I didn't want to be ass raped by my parents....came back and there is an orange XA Falcon (yeah they still exist) next to it and a big orange car door dint on the side of the new car!! OUCH! I waited for an hour to see if they would turn up and didn't and I was fuming so I left a note on the window...I doubt if I will get a reply.
I am keen to get a new car ASAP but inside I'm not so sure. Keep the old VL and just think stuff it and not worry about dints.

reversed into you?
hope you got her details so she can pay.
unfortunately people need to learn the expensive way, if you respond via violence (as good as it would feel) you're just as bad.
take details eg: licence plate, report to police, press charges, sue for damages ect - they will lose - and have to pay legal costs AND for fixing your pride and joy. its the only way people learn in this world, everything revolves around money unfortunately.
people have no respect for other peoples property (nor their own for that matter at times)

I had some dick reveres into me in the .... wait for it.....
KFC drivethrough!!!
First of all what the F*&@ are you reversing in the drivethrough for.
Secondly I had my hand on the horn for a good 3-5 seconds before he hit me. The guy then tried to convince me there was no damage and was going to drive off.... I was at his window by then ready to thump him.
Took some paint off and am going to have to get the front bar resprayed.
Worst thing is he is unlicensed and it wasn't his car!

Well then it becomes the owner of the car's problem. He gets sued for damages because he own's the vehicle and it should learn him not to lend his car to unlicensed drivers!

Yeah I'm aware of this.....
Am trying to get the money off him right now (bout $700)
But it isn't worth taking to court as I would look over almost half this amount in not working that day plus court costs.
he seems a pretty genuine guy and at the momemnt is willing to pay still.

Yeah that always seem to be the big problem.....getting the money out of them
A lady ran up the ass of me one day in the rain...only a little crack in the bumper but some bad kinda stuff inside...$698 damage!! After 2 million phone calls and no luck I ended up ringing her company (She gave me her business card) and they had never heard of her. I was fuming
Still have the battle scars now and a leaky boot...but as a uni student I can't afford to fix it. 2 years of not being able to put anything in the bood...including my carpet and putting up with bad wet smells after every wash or rain I am damn peeved off!

I've just bought an 85 300ZX Targa in almost perfect condition - only 150,000ks on it. It's not going to see the inside of a shopping center carpark and it certainly won't be left at a train station. Shit happens at station carparks all the time. My last Celica was stolen from one and since I've been riding my sister's bike to the station every day to go to work. In the last two months, the rear wheel has been buckled thanks to someone kicking the shit out of it, the front calipers were stolen (they cost me $95). Thinking 'fair enough, they are good calipers', I looked at the rear of the bike and someone had stolen the brake shoes!! WTF!!!

I've resorted to using the Security parking at large shopping centres (Miranda Fair etc) when I must visit them.
I take my Motorbike if I don't have to carry lots of stuff back .
But for about $3 you get all day parking and there is normally hundreds of free spots so you just park in the middle of two spots or along way away from other people.
And I think they will also cover you for theft.... which shouldn't happen since they have security guards patrolling.

The problem with riding a bike and parkin it in the shopping centre car park is that the other week i came out to my bike and some F#@Kwit had his kid sitting on my bike . so i told him i wasnt happy, and all he could say was "its a nice bike and my boy wanted to sit on it" if his kid wasnt there then i would have smacked him out with my helmet . i told him he could admirer it from a distance and he didnt need to touch it!!!!

I always park my car right at the back of the TAFE I goto, like away from all other cars, and always park next to decent cars as most people are at tafe for the whole day ..
everyone is like ' why do you always park at the back for ' blah blah, all the cars who park at the front have dings in em because those are the type of people who dont have time to ' park properly' or ' reverse properly ' etc..
