Actually, that is Sport Compact Car's project Silvia- SCC is a mag here in the states. It didn't have a "flamethrower" exhaust, he just burst a turbo hose and was running WAY too rich and it melted the bumper. He fixed it with a metal plate and new hosing etc...

My local Newsagent stopped stockin SCC. I used to buy it religiously! Pretty good mag I recommend to anyone that fed up with the crap we get here. aside from Speed that is.
