I dont think much of sleeve bearing turbos, even though a lot of ppl used them but on 1gs. If you have the money do yourself a favour and use a bb turbo. If you want to find the limits of what package you want to buy, ask yourself how much horsepower you want to attain out of the motor and more relivant answers can be given to your questions of limits of wheather you would need to rebuild the motor and upgrade fuel system components. Though to give you an answer to your questions as they are:

also wat sort of boost could i run safely on standard internals?
I really doubt you will see the limits of the std internals if your setup is properly tunned ect. If you take into account that these motors in early celicas have seen to run a lowest et of a 10.08 with claimed standard internals on 25psi.
Though this was done with a LOW KM motor in apparent good condition.

what sort of boost should i be able to run before i would need bigger injectors and need to upgrade the fuel system?
Well this all depends on whether your running a stock fuel pressure regulator or an adjustable item and what fuel pump you use and genaral condition of it. For your car you could only find this out on a dyno to know exactly how much you can run, though if you want to play it on the safe side, i wouldnt suggest you let it see more than 15psi without some equipment measuring to see if your leaning out or not.

Hope that helps

Cheers Adam
