Noice!

The stain on the driver's seat indicates that there have been some hairy moments in that car already... Laughing

thanks guys,

I'm pretty sure it's a second gen 1g-gte. due to the positioning of the oil filler.

i dunno what that stain is hahaha... i don't think i want to either.

yeah the cars all legal. it's got an engineers cert and everything. i just need to get it registered in QLD

as for the wheels they are custom (home) made alloy mags. due to the celica front discs and the alfa romeo back discs the stud pattern changes front to back. so unless you had the same stud patterns....

but yeah thanks again. I should have dyno figures next week maybe. dunno yet.

yeah it was in the trading post. originally for sale for $6500 at murwillumbah NSW.

it then went down to $5000, I got it for $4700.

the car stock weighs around 900kg. it now weighs 1100kg. obviously due to the fact the engine, gearbox, wheels, diff etc are way bigger than stock. so an increase in like 120hp for 200kg is pretty good!

thanks guys. the wheels were made by the guy who did the conversion. like machined etc. he made the center bit to fit in the rim. yeah they look like oldschool drift rims Cool

nah the car isn't front heavy. it's evened out by the gearbox, diff, wheels etc. the shocks are stiff as (koni adjustables on the front) i love it. good for drifting Evil or Very Mad

That's not everything I left out some stuff like the clutch master/slave cyls etc....

But yeah it's had a lot of work and money put into it.

Thanks guys.

look at these bunch of fuckheads.

http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.ph p?t=274266&page=1

It's another forum I belong to. The drummers are all cool (I'm a drummer obviously) the bassists are alright but the guitarists are fuckwits (no offence if you are one hehe).

I posted it in the pit (like the outhouse on this forum) and yeah all the guitarists decided to flame me. So I waited and then shut them down (page 2) and a few still did it (I think only one person I originally shut down said anything) and so I had to do it again on the 3rd page.

it's quite an entertaining read.

OMFG after reading that I am soo fucking angry at those fuckers...Mad

It was funny for a little while and then the racist jokes have to come out, its quite strange becuase the US has one of the biggest modification scenes in the world next to the land of the rising sun of course Smile

Yet these fucktards just make the shittiest excuses to bag your car, im tempted to sign up and flame the fucking crap out of them, in fact im even more tempted to put a 1GGTE into a corolla and then post it on that forum, i dont have as much patience as you dude, and i give you massive respect for the way you handled that as i simply couldnt take that kind of bullshit....

BTW your car fucken owns and is a very fitting member of the 1GGTE club.

Kudos to you...

P.S. the people on that forum are cunts, bar a few of them
