wasa just watching the news. this happened in canada or america.
it was caught on camera.
some dude tries to rob a grocery store. shop keeper pulls out a gun and shoot the robber. he probably shot the arm or leg coz robber is still alive. robber is being charged for robbery (duh!) and shopkeeper charged for posession of fire arm (fair enough) and manslaughter!(WTF!!)
the poor dude was just trying to defend his shop n himself n probably save insurance company some money and he get screwed for it!!
Whats the world coming into?? There is a serious problem with the legal system!! This would probably happen in most countries as well

It's called excessive force....
Like the Security Guard who shot the guy point blank in the head as he was getting away.

thats just like if some fucktard trips on something while robbing your house he can sue you for damages
i reckon in the light of committing any crime you waive all rights to counter-prosecute because your breaking the fucking law but you want it to protect you when you need it....bullshit!!

The guy survived. He was shot in the shoulder. The shopkeeper can therefore not be charged with manslaughter. Probably assault with a deadly weapon or some shit.

thats what can happen when you're a lowlife thief, you want to take other people's shit, you've got to be prepared that you might get killed or injured. it's pretty damn simple, dont steal, and you wont get fucked up.

They can only charge you if they have evidence and a body.
Send in the cleaner.
