Adam_Rolla its cost me about $500 with some change thats with sandpaper and masking tape.


rob-ae86 who else has this colour do u have a picture of it.

FKN16V not the earth and not even a cent as i work in car detailing (magic seal autocare)

and anyway des dont sweat it mate there is a bloke in my town with a 200 in hot pink with chucky metalic paint .. now thats a homo. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Looks really nice! You can't beat the backyard job for value. If you prep it right it will look heaps better than the dodgey $1000 respray from your local panel beaters.

mate the compressor was nothing special it was a gravity feed gun like the ones from super cheap and that where i got the sand paper.. the car like great but u take indeep look at it and u can start to see stuff but i couldnt afford a $3,000 paint job but any other questions im happy to anwser o.k

nice car, you've done alot of work and it's paying off..
you should save some money and get your trim and mirror plastic chromed, i dont know who does it or really how much, but i'd say it shouldnt be too expensive, it just ruins the whole look at the moment in silver, you have chrome wheels and silver trim, im not a fan of chrome on older cars but each to their own Smile if youre going chrome then stick with it and chrome the trim, or i'd just sell the chrome rims and keep the black wheels you have on the front, but thats just me hahaha
