It's a bit hard to tell by that photo if its a straight bit of pipe, or has a bend in it.
Personally i'd be inclinded to just put a small bit of silicon pipe on the front of the turbo then run a metal pipe the rest of the way. Thats what I did with mine anyway.
Or.. Work out what kind of bends you need and buy like a 45degree or 90 degree silicon bend.
Cheers

That kind of looks like someone has stuck a CV or steering rack boot on instead of the proper intake pipework.
Do as TurboRA28 said and get a stainless intake pipe and some silicon pipe and fix it properly.

There are oil lines and such that this bastard squeezes through can i sorta brute force them outta the way to fit the metal pipe or do they need to be heated and bent? I'm thinking an exhaust shop should be able to do all this right?

step 1: fix car.
step 2: make sure dodgey mechanic doesn't know where you live.
step 3: tie old boot to a brick and attach note: "what were you thinking?"
step 4: throw brick through his window
just kidding.
hope it fixes it mate, but seriously that is some backyard shite. see how he hacked the end of the rubber next to the hose clamp to make it fit?
Good luck mate!
