MOD Update - Ed's Back....

hey folks...
now ive returned from 3 months off in the intellectual wilderness, it's time to pull my finger back out of my ass, and get back to cleaning this place up.
now from what i can see there's a few new faces around, as well as the usual bums 
to those folks new to us, firstly welcome, and secondly, please take a moment, to check the forum mod guidelines, as well as the FAQ:

ive noticed that there seems to be a LOT of crap getting back into this section. lots of 'not really tech' topics, and an awful lot of threads that have been covered extensively in the past.
RULE #1 - dont talk about fight club
RULE #2 - use GOOGLE when necessary BEFORE starting a new thread
RULE #3 - use the SEARCH FUNCTION to check for old threads
RULE #4 - no 1337 5P34K, and no "dun u noe wot itz good 4" typing!!
over the next 2 weeks ill be hitting posts qute hard in an attempt to keep things nice and tidy - so keep it on track or you all may find your posts disappearing
