would anyone know where i should go to find a TRD LSD or similar in the gold coast, brisbane area for an ae86 with T50 diff conversion(i think just bought it)

u need to read up on your info dude
t50 is the gearbox not the diff
firstly work out what diff you have then buy a lsd for if its a t series
|

Standard AE86 Drum too Drum diffs are all s-series, to my knowledge no lsd available for s-series, you'll need a t-series for a lsd. Just order a lsd for the type of diff you have, just not the standard s-series.

best bet is looking for Toyota T-18 T series diff housing at wreckers or an ae86 t series diff from a import wrecker, price can vary
then
get an aftermarket LSD, cusco, TRD, kaaz, tomei etc for around $1200 landed
then get a ring and pinion final gear set (4.3 or 4.5 is my reccomendation) from japan for around $500 landed

Get KAAZ, its pretty good.
it's what i'm currently using atm.

kaaz have issues with power output of over 250 ps
whereas the cusco are ok to oevr 400 ps
but most ae86's seem ok with that coz they dont get anywhere near that at the flywheel lol
