Go to Centrelink and register as a job seeker. Heaps of jobs on the Job Network, and heaps easy to apply for them.
And don't spam

The Spam Sketch from the second series of "Monty Python's Flying Circus" and
"Monty Python's Previous Record"
(Spam = Spiced Pork And Ham, a sort of cheap luncheon meat)
Scene: A cafe. One table is occupied by a group of Vikings with horned
helmets on. A man and his wife enter.
Man (Eric Idle): You sit here, dear.
Wife (Graham Chapman in drag): All right.
Man (to Waitress): Morning!
Waitress (Terry Jones, in drag as a bit of a rat-bag): Morning!
Man: Well, what've you got?
Waitress: Well, there's egg and bacon; egg sausage and bacon; egg and spam;
egg bacon and spam; egg bacon sausage and spam; spam bacon sausage
and spam; spam egg spam spam bacon and spam; spam sausage spam spam
bacon spam tomato and spam;
Vikings (starting to chant): Spam spam spam spam...
Waitress: ...spam spam spam egg and spam; spam spam spam spam spam spam baked
beans spam spam spam...
Vikings (singing): Spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam!
Waitress: ...or Lobster Thermidor a Crevette with a mornay sauce served in a
Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with
truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam.
Wife: Have you got anything without spam?
Waitress: Well, there's spam egg sausage and spam, that's not got much spam in
it.
Wife: I don't want ANY spam!
Man: Why can't she have egg bacon spam and sausage?
Wife: THAT'S got spam in it!
Man: Hasn't got as much spam in it as spam egg sausage and spam, has it?
Vikings: Spam spam spam spam (crescendo through next few lines)
Wife: Could you do the egg bacon spam and sausage without the spam then?
Waitress: Urgghh!
Wife: What do you mean 'Urgghh'? I don't like spam!
Vikings: Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!)
Waitress: Shut up!
Vikings: Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!
Waitress: Shut up! (Vikings stop) Bloody Vikings! You can't have egg bacon
spam and sausage without the spam.
Wife (shrieks): I don't like spam!
Man: Sshh, dear, don't cause a fuss. I'll have your spam. I love it.
I'm having spam spam spam spam spam spam spam beaked beans spam spam
spam and spam!
Vikings (singing): Spam spam spam spam. Lovely spam! Wonderful spam!
Waitress: Shut up!! Baked beans are off.
Man: Well could I have her spam instead of the baked beans then?
Waitress: You mean spam spam spam spam spam spam... (but it is too late and
the Vikings drown her words)
Vikings (singing elaborately): Spam spam spam spam. Lovely spam! Wonderful
spam! Spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam. Lovely spam!
Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Spam spam
spam spam!
The best spam of all.

Hi,
Ahhh... Monty Python. Wonderful stuff. They had so many great sketches... the Finnish Fish-slapping dance, the twin peaks of Kilamanjaro, the dead parrot scene, the lumberjack song...
They don't make humour like that anymore, which is a pity.
Sorry (well, not really) for the hijack 'cos it was 'jacked before I got here.

hey dude just got an apprenticeship myself..."mechanic" and if u register with AGT or MTA they will find u an apprenticeship no trouble..all u have to do is answer a few bullshit easy questions.
if u no what 2 + 2 is they'll give u an apprenticeship
make sure u register at tafe even if u dont get an apprenticeship because if u do a 6 month pre-apprenticeship course when u go for an apprenticeship next year itll be piss easy to get 1 and ull go straight to 2nd year. which means MORE MONEY..(25 bucks a week )
hope that was helpful

Sadly enough mate, most apprenticeships / traineeships these days require a certain competency in schoolwork. I left school around the same age and the best thing you can do for yourself is get your ass back in school. Otherwise you may as well scrap your dreams of fortune and say hello to long hours and crap wage. To get into something like that without a certain level of achievement in school work you'd have to be sucking someones Dick. The next best thing would be to go through your local TAFE and see what courses they offer. But I'd STRONGLY urge you to get your @$$ back to school.
Cheers,
Azza.

Go back to school dude. The extra education will be with you the rest of your life. Life out of school sucks, it is soooo much easier in school. 2 years now will change the rest of our life.

Mate, nothing worthwhile in life is easy. If you can't pass classes then that's prolly a good indication you need more schooling. if you put the effort in and want to learn, then it'll come. There are plenty of people that would help you. You can only really fail if you don't want to succede in the first place.
The way the world is moving, there aren't going to be many options for someone who hasn't finished school. Alot of the labouring jobs are disapearing. even with a mechanic It won't be too long before they spend as much time in front of a PC as they do under a bonnet.
You could finish school if you wanted too and it'd make everything a lot easier in the years to come..
Tim.
