what else you need to run them? shims adjustable cam gears? or can u just plonk them in with the standard ecu and bobs your fathers brother or whats the dealio? sorry should be in tech/conversions

I have these. Will need shimming, adj camgears would be very sensible to make the most of them. Hard to get the cam timing right per specs otherwise. Standard ECU is fine.

I bought them off a guy in melboure, who had them installed into his engine by PRB, but the engine was never started, because he upgraded them to 304's or something.
I've had them since, and i've never used them. So, yes they are new in the sence they have never actually been used.
