1ggteu's only were delivered in Jap spec vehicles, so the only manual that you can get is a japanese language manual. You can get a 1ggeu manual as the cars were sold with the NA engine in Europe - helps interpret. You can approach your local toyota dealer and purchase them. Or better still, if you cannot put things together with the wiring diagrams and technical article on the site, I am not sure a manual would help and for the same money you could get someone like Sideshow to assemble the electrics for you.
A while ago I bought the 1G manuals on CD from sixworks. The CD had the English 1G and Jap 1GGTE/ZE ones plus copies of most of the wiring diagrams. I think I paid $40.
