460cc 7M injectors $250

Before anyone asks, I know they are supposed to be 440cc, but I have been told by numerous people that there is in fact a 460cc set, these injectors have been tested by a registered bosch testing place at 460cc@300kpa, and will supply them with a test sheet. They have done 1000ks in my car since being cleaned and fully kitted with filters, O rings and seals. i think they are actually 430cc but if u up the fuel pressure a bit you can get a bit extra out of them and thats possibly how they have got a higher reading.

I dunno, they were tested at 300kpa, so I don't know what the factpry would rate them at, but I was standing right next to him when he tested them as I get heaps of stuff cleaned and tested there, and it is definately spot on 300kpa with the injector open, not closed.
If it makes any difference, they made 521hp at the flywheel in my 1ggte with stock fuel pressure reg, and no, thats not a bullshit figure, they also made 431rwhp in same state. I know they are commonly available for around 200-220, but these are genuinely kitted and cleaned, they cost $120 to get that done, so take it into consideration when looking at others that may be slightly cheaper.

they are the 430cc 7MGT injectors. They were just tested at a higher fuel pressure then 7MGT's uses..

could they possibly be not 7m injecters asi worked out what HP figure mine will handle and its nowhere near 512hp. as far as i can tell either the 512 hp is wrong or there bigger then 7mgte injecters.

At 100% duty cycle, the injectors would need to be aound 450-460cc in my car, as the motec won't go past 90% duty cycle to allow for all the compenatsions I have in the tables, it comes up with max injector cycle warnings, the dyno is definately correct, if anything it is low, a corolla with a CA18 in it made 216hp at the tyres and run a 12.56 at 116mph on street tyres. It has also been calibrated by Dyno dynamics in the last 3 months when they upgraded to Shootout software.
Injectors possibly sold unless someone gets in in the next 24 or so hours.

these injectors will support approx. 520hp if you run 80psi fuel pressure. but thats probably pushing the limit of the coils.. and that is only 80% duty.

I have motec with individual coil packs, and they were running around 70psi, I didn't have a fuel pressure gauge, but would presume the 40psi base pressure, plus 29psi of boost would have been around that, providing the stock reg works that good.
$220, anyone??

Nah the stock reg can't compensate that much. Ive heard as much as 15-17 thats about it.

Well, I have a pressure guage now, and it adds 18psi of fuel pressure for my 18psi of boost, I haven't run mu new engine higher to know, but will find out shortly, I think it will work well though, and should add at least boost presure.
