ok i wanna post a pic up but its a bit to large how do i make it "fit to size" so i can throw it up on here. remember: i know NOTHING about computers

yeah soory man my Ulead program wasnt installed and i cant fnd the CD...
what you can do is open the windows paint program... load the image and shrink it like 50-60%... that should od it for you

when i try in paint, i get a pic of only half a car after i have shrunken it

dont use the border to resize it... once paint open click on one of the menus at the top (cant remember which one exactly) and thee is a resize option... when you click on that it will ask for the percentage to resize... make both vertical and horizontal 50% and that will half the size

ctrl + W ,and then use the %'s to shrink it

that would make it 1/4 of the size
