What that graph tells you is the flow rate at the particular pressure involved. Not what it will handle as a maximum in pressure. Why would you want to run 6bar rail pressure anyway? If you want lots of fuel run two pumps and big injectors. Dont try and murder tiny injectors for the sake of a few extra kilowatts.

At 90psi and 13.5volts it'll move 49gallons per hour.

Gears are Fidanza manufactured, awaiting ETA currently, expect it to be about 2-3weeks

power steer cooler? Not really sorry. My suggestion is to find a 100kw FWD corolla oil cooler and run it through that, or use an automatic transmission cooler. Lots of those on the shelf at your local repco or similar.

Out of interest, "AE86 flywheel" isn't the same as the AE92 smallport 4AGE flywheel is it? If I'm not mistaken the smallport 4AGE has a bigger clutch and flywheel?

As far as I know the AE92 clutch is larger then the AE86 but the assembly is interchangeable allowing a size upgrade. Common sense would dictate that a larger clutch is a good move.....

Fidanza gears,,, Thu, 05 May 2005 14:13 Go to previous messageGo to next message
Hi Soarer21,
What do the Fidanza 4A-GE gears look like. I ordered some thinking they're the red ones with the etched graduations, but you also posted a pic showing a polished alloy gear. Which is it?
Cheers, Nick

Due to the haphazard way they were supplying and the pitiful delivery time I cancelled the remainder of the order.

I only have one pair of 1JZ/2JZ gears and I think all the 4AG are spoken for now.

Strange, Fidanza only took 3 days to send me my friction plate for the flywheel.

Btw, when i weighed my Fidanza fly it came in at 3.3kg. Its the 212mm 4AG version.

Its ok, sourced a 2nd hand one.

Plus there are plenty of places in Aus which sell thim. I believe even Autobarn does. But i was just asking John as i would much prefer my hard earned $$$s go to someone who deserves them rather than most of the big chains out there.
