Somewhat common here. Or actually in most cases the engine is "2A-GE" (2A block, 4A-GE head and internals) just to get these Starlets registered. 1500cc is the biggest engine that can be installed into starlet here. I hate the car modifiying regulations here but I gotta love the loopholes !

My long term project for my car is for it to have exremely stiff, responsive and dialed in suspension. An engine to make around 220 horsepower (approx 160rwkw). Also an LSD (on its way atm) and a solid roll cage, and a heap of nice 14/15" wheels.
Once I get some good skills, I'd like a J-blood front bar, Vertex skirts and rear bar.
All this I estimate to be in the range of $6000-$9000

My Dream car would be a 1972 Ford GT replica, powered by either a VT SS commodore V8, just to shitdie hard ford/holden enthusiests , or a 2JZ.

It really saddens me to know that the only place people have seen XB coupes is mad max...such a beautiful car.
WHY! on gods green earth would you commit such a...moral crime! I can't even comprehend such a stupid idea...take a classic and stick an engine in like that...i would probably try to be sick on your face just so you could feel something. Dear boy i hope you are only joking.

I dunno kimba i reckon the monza front end looks pretty sweet. Of course no one would ruin a genuine GT or Cobra (in their right mind anyway) A cobra would be tuff, but a 440 cuda would be tuffer
