Hi all,
just wondering if anyone has a dyno slip they'd care to share for a 1ggte (with a listing of mods so I can compare) I don't mind what car they're from or what gearbox just what mods the engine has and the power / torque curves...
Cheers for anyhelp.

Thanks Heaps Gold28....
That's the sort of things I need (engineer friend is going to do some calculations about diff ratio's, 1/4 mile times, etc..) from this data, so
Cheers

No probs.
My experience with diff ratio's is the gen3 makes power a bit earlier and loves a 3.9, whereas the gen2 is better suited to a 4.1 otherwise it bogs down a little between gears.
Oh I should have mentioned that the Gen3 was dynoed with a 3.9 diff. I am not too sure what diff was in the car for the Gen2 dyno run.
4.1 gearset behind the Gen3 at 15psi is fighting for traction in 1st and 2nd and if you have bad tyres, sometimes 3rd.
3.7 gearset is great for cruising, but not quite as fun.
Any gearset in the wet with 150rwkw is dangerous. They come on power in 3rd gear and step out sideways.
Let us know what your engineer mate says about the gearsets. I am happy with 3.9 or 4.1. If I had an LSD I think a 4.1 would be good, but if open centre then stick to a 3.9

typical 1g's, hit boost and the a/f goes hell rich...
I'll see if I can get my dyno chart scanned into the computer from the dyno day we had a while ago...
but like I said to ya, I don't really believe in dyno's anymore
