I dont know how similar the shape is to a xE27, (judging on your avitar its similar on the front) but a friend of mine got his TE27 flares from Wilson Fibrelass in NSW.

Pretty cheap too. He may have moulds for a xE20

Cost around $350 though.

I have a mate that is prepared to make them off a mould he has.
