want a tissue? Razz just kidding

yeah, soccer hurts

no pain no gain, i remember back when i was playing nightly, it used to hurt to sleep, but you put up with it... injuries are a normal part of sport, so if you cant hack it, dont stack it!

hope you heal (heel and toe too Razz) well Smile

One of my mates twisted his ankle playing indoor soccer.

3 years later and 4 operations, he still hasn't been able to run since. (not that he did much before)

The really bad part is we called him a pussy and made him finish the quarter... feel like a real tightarse now!

Hey I dislocated my shoulder trying to get something out of my backpack without taking it off my back. I now need a stabilisation sugery after which (march 2) no sport for 6 months no rugby for 12 months.

Just goes to show if you are going to injure yourself you will find a way, soccer or no soccer....

HI,
I ruptured my ACL last season, and am getting a knee reconstruction next month. I am going to be about $3500 poorer.
They are also going to clean up my medial ligament.

Cheers,
Justin

Hi,

I pulled a hammy getting up to buy some more beers at the local darts comp some years ago.

Did a groiny the other month at lawn bowls.

Got a nasty paper cut playing poker.

Ya see, you don't have to do the more vigrous sports to get hurt.

My brother dislocated his finger falling off the lounge while he was stoned to the shithouse. See, you don't even need sport to get hurt! Smile

I played for like 7 yrs. I know the only guy in the world to impale himself on a cornerpost!!! Shocked I'm not shitting you!!!!

Went straight through his right shoulder somewhere!!! Very Happy

Here's a few of my own..
1) Studded in the left testicle. Sad (passed out and couldn't walk for a few days.) Ice packs suck on your nuts.
2) Head butted the post when diving for a ball! ( i was goalie.)
3) Slid inito the wall headfirst in indoor soccer!

That'll do for now.
