IMPORTBITZ- Soarers, Supras and AE86s from Yahoo Mon, 21 February 2005 11:36 Go to next message
The following is a quick list of cars available inside the next week from the Yahoo Japan auctions. Any of these cars can be purchased through me for a small fee.

SERIOUS parties can email me at sales@importbitz.com.au and I will organise the purchase and transportation of these cars for them.

There is NO SUCH THING as a cheap AE86 for those people who think Japans the place to get themselves a Takumi screamer. As a MINIMUM you'll be looking at $5500-$6000 for anything worth considering that isnt either bent around a vending machine or isnt returning to the earth it came from.

so, we have......

1988 GZ20 Soarer turbo manual currently at 350,000yen

http://img163.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/users/5/7/1/9/mappy1500-img600x450-1106973859572.jpg

1988 GZ20 Soarer turbo auto, at 220,000y but buyer wants 450,000y. Probably be able to negotiate for less
http://page11.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/n758 4659
http://img119.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/users/8/9/4/9/h_iro1717-img600x450-1097388405h_iro1717-img600x450-109720087801.jpeg

1987 MA70 Supra turbo auto 7MGTE. 10,000y start with a reserve. I can negotiate for sale on this car, even if it is a wierd colour.
http://page11.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/n140 66282
http://img35.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/users/5/2/5/1/northnet2001-img473x355-1108716991a481side.jpg

1988 MA70 Supra Turbo A manual. Several good mods done, with good apparent power. Looks nice too, but its starting at 550,000yen so its up there. Worth the money though if you want a good base for some serious cruising cred.

http://img161.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/users/2/1/4/7/nowjiru-img600x450-1108905023dsc00388.jpg

1983 model AE86 two door with a turbo 4AG in it. TD05 Trust kit by the looks. Has a very low start price of 100,000yen so might go cheap, but dont bet the farm on it.
http://page8.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/h2383 5331
http://img161.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/users/5/2/1/6/privategaragecat-img600x450-1108980242007.jpg_003.jpg

1986 model AE86 hatch. VERY tough looking, price is going up but it looks the goods. Has a hidden reserve and is at 350,000yen currently so wont be a cheapie but then where are they ever.
http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/735569 98

The above are just some examples of whats around. Browse for yourself here and if theres something you are SERIOUSLY interested in then email me and I'll get an approximate price together on it landed.

With the new laws in place, only cars made in 1988 or earlier are available for unrestricted import. 1989 and 1990 cars are no longer available.

Yes, any car on the auctions within the age bracket is a fair target for people wishing to buy.
I'll get you a 1975 De Tomaso Longchamp if your wallets big enough Smile

MR2 link- http://list1.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/2084016626-ca tegory-leaf.html?apg=1&f=&s1=regist&o1 =a&alocale=0jp&mode=0

Celica link- http://list1.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/2084016672-ca tegory-leaf.html?apg=1&f=&s1=regist&o1 =a&alocale=0jp&mode=0

If theres something in there which you like send me an email with the link and I'll have a look at it for you. Please do not send me 50 links as I dont have time to sort through everything and hold peoples hands. Just send me a very short of actual cars that interest you.

Thanks Driftae86, you are correct.
Its a service, not a caryard. If you wish to give me the cosmo free of chanrge thats fine though.

Currently 82yen to one dollar Australian therefore Y350,000 is $4268.29 Australian.

Dont believe those converters all the time. They dont generally use the rate given to you when you buy Japanese Yen which is what in essence you need to do when converting/transferring money to another country.
