<AE86> Complete CA18DET for an AE86 Mon, 21 February 2005 06:48 Go to next message
Hey,

I'm selling my complete CA18DET setup from my Hachi. The package includes:

Complete motor:

It has recently been rebuilt (11/04) from the ground up including new rings , bearings, machining, new valve stem seals etc. It is running an RB20 ball bearing turbo. It was last running around 7psi (stock boost) and made approx. 130rwKW and has been going well. I have never had it on the dyno but this is my estimated figure.

Complete loom and ECU.

Crossmember for an AE86 modified to fit the CA.

The package has no gearbox (a CA18 box will cost around approx $250). however a custom tailshaft will be supplied.

I am after $3200 for the lot.

This is a very good performance platform which I have been using successfully for a while now and I have found it very responsive and balanced for drift and general street performance. It has great potential to produce alot more power.

email me on simon-ae86@airnet.com.au

Cheers,

Simon

Fark. Nice price.

A CA18DET is almost the same weight as a 4AGZE, and makes more power and has stacks of aftermarket parts.

Cmon some hachi drifter hook the shit up.

yeah 350 sounds about right...but u get it all balanced and a new center bearing as well....

we had to get my bros lengthened when changing his supra to manual and that cost 350......i dont see how it would take a few goes as long as u measure it up right...or ask jeff is he could measure his for u
