Location: Cherry Lake Reserve, Altona. (Melways Map 54, Reference J 9)
Time: 11.30am.
Entry is from Millers Road. BBQ facilities are avaliable, so everyone be prepared! I will provide some cold drinks and some bread. I also have some Classic Celica Club stickers, so if you don't have one, or would like one, they'll also be avaliable.
A cruise may be planned depending on interest. Altona is close to the beach, so we may get a chance to see some nice sights.
I look forward to everyone being there, hopefully the weather will be better than the last meet and we'll get to have a good chat, check out some nice Celicas and have a cruise!

i will tell my mate that has a ra28 2 come along, but i think he might be going outa state around that date  . if not he should be there
is it ok if a none celica comes? i.e me and my sprinter ?

My cousin and I should be there. my celica prolly won't be coming. And his RA28 will still be in the workshop awaiting an engine.

It should be right, but there is always a chance that it wont be. Just hopeing it's the tailshaft (5 min fix) and nothing else.

unless his car is one mentioned above already?
it's a xr6 blue purple mica, ra28, exhaust, 16" ROH zs rims and very clean looking, full interior retrim etc etc
(round the burwood area you'll see it)

I advertised it in the Herald Sun a couple of weeks ago, although they had so many events they only had upto 2 weeks in advance.
I have seen that Blue RA28 around Burwood, looks nice!

yup thats about it - it had less bells and whistles ..
My motor is awesomne n the Gt4 - ECU is running sweet - but its the mod cons giving me hell atm - ta22 had no mod cons
main holdup now is getting my battery as i cant source it here - have to get it from ballarat or geelong ( Special sealed cell one for rearmounting ) Country towns suck for anythin outside of grease and oil changes.

The sillycar is in major need of a tidy up but would be great to meet up (seeing the pics from the last meet suddenly made the celica all shy and wanting a respray before going out in public again...)

We will be doing a cruise depending on interest, but it looks like we've had enough support, so be prepared for a cruise!

sorry i couldnt get to thos one guys - GT4 is off the road atm ( front mount piping i hope ) and im currently in SA paying off my 2005 classic adelaide rally entry fee by building sheds at my mates. Aiming to have her ready for the upcoming feb 26 dyno day - + taking my time to get it right ..

Again, it's a pity about the weather!
We had about 10 Celica's turn up. I have some photos, so i'll post them up later.
Thanks for those who braved the weather and were able to make it! More to come shortly..
PS: We are planning another meet for late Febuary, early March.
