AE92 4AGTE problems :( help!

Its a code 12, not 1 and 2 like i thought  
Any ways to check the problem. something to do with ignitior etc??
having some problems gettin the car running again.. have just replaced AFM and hasnt helped at all..
symtoms:
start car, and itll die.. if i start the car and give it gas, itll rev up, then want to die again.. i can keep it running like this tho.
also, when my foot is down and i bak off, the car will keep reving for say almost a true second.. (0...1) then die off again.
i checked ecu for codes and:
code 1 ( just blinks once after a few seconds of the car been switched to on, not running )
then a 2.5sec pause or so then the 2nd code. havnt been able to find what this means )
code 2
have had a fiddle by hand with the tps and that aint help.. its not set 100% correctly at all, but i just fiddled with it while it was running.
also, occasionally when i turn it to ON, the check error light will blink rapidly for ages.. not showing a specific code and will blink double the speed it would when putting out a code..
im sorta thinking the ecu has fukt out, but cant see why it would..
any help would be great!!!

also, setup is hybrid t3 , 10psi , stock AFM 4agze bigport

you dont have the diagnostic plug 'jumped' (T&E1) all the time do you?
what is your base timing set at? there are no leaks after the AFM?

nope cant see any leaks. none off manifold or vacuum hoses.. wondering if the leads could be causing it.. sounds simple but wouldnt explain for it reving by itself with no sticky cable.

car runs fine when being floored, doesnt miss or anything.. just cant idle at all.. it always wants to die, unless its a WOT
