Very Quick Sale Everbody,quite simply i bought this car for my work runaround but it is sooo not suited for my trade(sparky).
Heres the rundown
1987 Red Corolla Seca Twin Cam fully rebuilt engine/head.engine has done about 8000kms since re-build,lowered 2inches with king springs and new bushes,new 20v gearbox(shorter ratios-better acceleration),15"mags,air-cond(needs gas),no power steer,new exhaust with cannon,stereo,tinted windows.
Rego is due at the end of the month,greenslip and rego works out to be $648
Now the reason it is at a cheap price is the body needs a respray,its got the usual rust in the bottom of the rear guards and a lil bit on the back hatch where the number plate is.I've got a new hatch waiting to go on and ive got spare front and rear bumpers as well.If you are a panel beater or can get spraypainting done cheap then this is a steal
I'm not going to BS anyone,i bought the car in the end of november for work at the price of $2700.I added the stereo,new mags,exhaust,got it lowered and put in a new gearbox.I've spent about $1900 modifying it,when i've come to realise that i cant afford to get it resprayed and it's useless for carrying tools/ladders around so it's gotta go

Thanks,there would be no way i'd sell it,if i could afford the $2000 or so for the respray,i just dont have the extra cash to get it done,and ive got another car,so im strapped for cash and just plain cant afford it

this car is worth more than this and u know it, its just that no one is in the market for an ae82 here. i know, ive been trying to sell mine.

The only thing letting this car down is the bodywork,if i had a spare $2000 lying around i would get it sprayed and keep it,but quite simply i cant afford to keep two cars,pay two regos,etc etc.So im getting desperate,im trying to sell it before I have to pay rego,otherwise the price will go right up again

Yep,im asking $2400 and as i've described its a real steal.All this car needs is some bodywork/spray and you'll have yourself a great seca twincam.Just read my ad thoroughly and you can understand my frustration.Rego runs out on the 29th of march,this is why ive dropped the price to $2400,if you add in the rego renewal the total cost of the car would be $3000 with 12months rego.So if it's not sold this week and i have to pay for rego myself,then the price of the car will go back upto over $3000 and with 12months rego to burn,im happy to let the car sit in my garage until someone buys it.So give me a call and come and grab this bargain
