they stopped in 87 if i am correct, and regarding a damaged trueno, it will be hard as to source the parts again if they are too damage.

The km sound a bit too low
It was imported 2 years ago
The year, well a mum and daughter own it so.....
I will either fix it and drive it, or use some the parts in my AE86 aust. del car which needs alot of work and sell the rest
So if I fix it, what are they worth approx depending on condition
$6000?
$8000?
More or less?
I have not seen it yet, but are trueno the one with boot, not hatch back like the aussie car?

they come in boot and hatch back, if the year is 88 it sounds awfully like a ae92 trueno.

Just checked with the owner
It is a AE86 with a boot lid, not a hatchback.
Price?

I had a look at the car yesterday
I was told it was a AE86, they was why I got excited
If it was a genuine AE86 it would have been a bargin. $1500 ono
It turned out to be a AE92 2 door Apex Trueno Sprinter
It was complied under 15 year old rule in December 2003
It has damage to front right corner
It needs bonnet, rhf guard, rh door. rh light
Radiator support could be fixed
small damage under left hand rear tail light
Very tidy car, even has electric shocks.
Rang 3 well known importers in Brisbane, none off them have ever bought parts in for them.
It was worth the 1 hour drive to have a look.
