looks like it should be back on the road soon, cant wait to see it driving around, but if i was you i would be too scared to take it out after time, effort, money, blood, sweat, and tears that have been put into it
10/10 for effort, build quality

Yeah man, steves wiring the computer, dash, alarm, central locking etc Dads just doing the basic wiring.
I think i know what u mean about not driving it, as long as i can keep it clean and be on top of it should be ok, and yes i'll be driving it on the track

The 20V has a high revving potential and last time when i had my car on the dyno it hit peak torque (286 N.M) @ almost 7000rpm and the stock tacho isnt good enough for my application

i meant 6850 rpm is peak torque, thats with the open socks (no air box) I will be running an air box now, i think that might restrict more air flow and reduce torque.... i think

i think he was referring to the air filters, when he wrote "the old setup"
these pics are all the new look engine bay.
the old bay was matt black, and the engine was still silver on top with little detailing, and there was wiring everywhere.
that has all changed now.

nah des, it had no probs with cooling or anything like that before it went off the road. And i'm not running the socks cuz i got to engineer the car, and im pretty sure the EPA wouldnt be too pleased if they seen the socks. I have to say it used to rev a whole lot harder with the socks though! But with the airbox it felt like it was quicker off the mark but rev range dropped a bit. But the car ran beautiful, alot quieter and efficient i could pull 380kms out of a tank.
