Levin grills need help

I have a levin grill that has 3 wires coming out and they all look identical and Im not really good when it comes to electrics so can ppls give me some instructions on how to install this technology.

Im thinking that silicon aint standard either, and you probably paid to much.
Just my 2c worth.
But i would say 1 wire for power (volts depends on what yuor powering) 1 for earth and another for fuks knows whats, im no good with electrics.
