3T GTE rods and crank are forged. I cannot say the same for the 3T

Stroke is the same.

FYI, Toyota naming convention dictates that any engine block with the same code will have the same bore/stroke. So for example, every version of the 4A (and there has been a lot of them) has a 81mm bore and 77mm stroke. Likewise, all 3T's are 85x78.
