ma61 F series LSD Fri, 04 March 2005 02:31 Go to next message
I have the LSD centre only out of my car. This centre is in good condition and still turns both tyres on bitumen. This centre has NOT been drifted or even dragged. Have replaced with Torsen centre for track work.
$300.00 freight would be prob $20-$30 I reckon.
Please call for more details etc. 0407332944.
Cheers
Rich.

OK Price drop, how about $250. This LSD is really in good condition would suit ra65 celica or hilux.

I really don't know I'm afraid. Maybe someone else on here can help with that question.

Ke rolla would only be a 6i t series diff I think you'll find

F series is 7.5 inch and in corona's, crowns, luxs and cressidas, supra's and Ra 65 celicas.

ra65 and ma61 have f series diffs, but the sa63 have a t series diff, which looks the same as the f series but has different internals.

Unfortunatley you can swap the centres, maybe you could look at bolting the F series from a ra65 or Ma61 to the Sa65 floor.

Or could you, I'm only guessing here after I pulled out a Ra65 diff for my crown, is to swap the rear crossmember that suppports the diff from a Ra65 to the Sa65. Are the chassis the same, you would then have the diff carrier for a F series diff.

Just a thought.

Will this LSD centre swap straight into an 85 MX73 Cressida? Would you need anything else for it to swap in if so?
I've nearlly finished my 1JZ MX73 and really need all the traction I can get and heard that this swaps straight in Smile

check your build plate......if it says trans/axle: F** (eg. F302) then it is an F diff and this centre will fit

if it is a G (eg. G207) or an E (eg. E172) then it is a no go

i kno for fact the MX62's are E,
and the MX83 are G,

but not sure on the mx73's
