Factory Drum brakes all round

Wouldn't be very good for towing with only drums to pull it up

I thought this was Toymods ? Disc to drum brakes can't be that much of a challenge.

Anyway, here is the pic:

yeah probably wouldn't be that much of a challenge
however get the $3300 asking price
add $200 to get it to brissy
allow around $500-$1000 to convert to disk brakes and get engineered
so cost is over $4000 to have it in Queensland with disk front end
then add some more for Queensland rego + insurance
so say about $4500 in queensland, front disks, 6 months rego + insurance
then realise that its got an old 1975 carby fed LRP motor with probably not enough grunt to tow anything of size
sure for the money you could get a better tow car

Thats all i was trying to say

Bump,

Engine was replaced 10 years ago and valve stem seals have been done every 5 years.

Very tidy old Hilux.
